15 piece sets
From the classic tournament piece to unusual sets: Classic, Constructed, Round, Facet, Line, Block, Crest, Pixel, Solid, Stack, Spire, Comic, Ink Brush, Déco and Robot. If you cannot decide, pick "Random" and get a different set every game.
Boards and colours
Choose from six boards: Classic, Wood, Tournament Green, Slate, Ice and Rosé. Add one of five accent colours for buttons and highlights, from royal blue to ruby. Light and dark mode adapt automatically.
Move effects
A move effect turns every move into a small moment. Lightning strikes the target square, Shadow leaves an ink trail, Teleport makes the piece vanish in a column of light and reappear. Fire, Ice, Whirlwind and Glitch complete the set.
Captures, check, mate and castling each get their own variant. Your opponent sees your moves in your effect, and you see theirs in theirs.

Do the designs cost money?
No. Designs are unlocked by playing, not bought.
How do I unlock new designs?
Games, puzzles and tasks earn experience points. Every level unlocks a new design.
Are the effects distracting?
The effects are short and can be switched off at any time.
